This class emphasises full body alignment, range of motion of the joints and maintaining balance of opposing muscle. Beginners, intermediates/advanced, all levels welcome.

Class Cancellation Policy

Other than in exceptional circumstances, I am not able to offer refunds for the online and hall sessions, however you will be able to catch up by booking an another class. If a class has to be cancelled by the teacher then you will be offered the option to either join another class (zoom or face-to-face) or receive a full refund.
