In the Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:
“Company” "We" "Our" means Pilates with Suzelle.
“Client” means any person that has purchased or made use of one of our packages.
“Pilates plan” means any item that provides the client with access to Pilates with Suzelle' products/services“
Website” means www.pilateswithsuzelle.com and www.vitaepilates.co.uk or affiliated websites.

Pilates with Suzelle reserves the right to vary or revoke any of the Terms and Conditions from time to time which it may consider necessary or suitable for the regulation of the governance of the studio and the conduct of members. Any such changes will be published on our websites and, until revoked, are binding on members. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Cancellation & refunds
Other than in exceptional circumstances, we are not able to offer refunds for the online and hall sessions, however you will be able to catch up by booking an another class.
If a class has to be cancelled by the teacher then you will be offered the option to either join another class (zoom or face-to-face) or receive a full refund.
