

MAT CLASSES
Classes to suit all abilities
Mat classes are a wonderful, accessible way to learn the basic principles of Pilates. The key principles of Pilates are concentration, alignment, centring, breathing, coordination, flowing movements, precision, and strength.
I pride myself on respecting these principles whilst creating accessible, welcoming classes that are suitable for all fitness levels and all body types. All exercises can be adapted to meet you where you are, so no two clients will ever have the exact same experience in a class.
We use different props such as pilates balls, resistance bands, pilates rings and cushions for strengthening, support and alignment. All classes are designed to improve vitality and overall strength by providing exercises adapted to individual client's needs.

Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and choose the options that feels best for them and their bodies. The goal is to learn how to best move your body, increase strength and awareness, and to have fun while doing it!

One-to-one classes
PRIVATE MAT & REFORMER CLASSES
One-to-one classes are the perfect way to address any particular needs. One-to-one classes are offered both online or in-person. I do recommend coming to a group class beforehand (first class is free!) to gauge if my teaching style is suited to you and to discuss any particular goals you are looking to achieve.
